Course Objectives: 

This course aims to teach the basics of the field of Cultural Policy. It provides students with the necessary knowledge of theoretical approaches and changes in paradigms. It also aims to teach the difference between theory and practice.

Course Content: 

What is Cultural Policy and explicit and implicit factors that affect cultural policies are tought.
