Course Objectives: 

The aim of this course is to examine Turkish foreign policy from a historical point of view, from the foundation of the Republic to the present day, to convey to students the main goals and trends in Turkish foreign policy, the main issues and principles of Turkish foreign policy.

Course Content: 

Within the scope of this course, on the one hand, the characteristics of the foreign policy carried out by the Republic of Turkey from its foundation to the end of the 1990s, within certain historical periods, with its objectives and tendencies, on the other hand, Turkey's relations with its neighbors and close circles, especially Europe and the USA relations are examined within the framework of different views.
