The aim of this course is to investigate the whatness and fundamental problems of philosophy of law thoroughly throughout the history of philosophy using original texts of philosophers as source material.
A comparison of normative law, social contract and a variety of legal theories form a philosophical standpoint. A history of the Philosophy of Law and a discussion of its current position.
