The primary objective of this course is to examine a wide spectrum of issues and crises including various natural and artificial disasters, defective products, executive malfeasance and activism. Special emphasis will be on managing issues before they turn into crises, mediating conflicts with different publics, developing a crisis plan and ameliorating long - term effects of crises.
