Mechanism of action of drugs and factors that affect these mechanisms, specifications of macromolecules that target of drugs, drug receptors, effectory systems and delivery of signals rised from receptors, efficacy, agonists, partial agonists and assessment of effectiveness, antagonists, invers agonists and assessments of effectiveness, interactions of drugs, sensitivity and unsensitivity and selectiveness of drug effects are studied as the content of this course.
