Course Objectives: 

This course aims to understand the legal rights and responsibilities of the student related to work-life and social security. It covers individual and collective labor law, trade union law and social security law within the organization. The sources of labor law, the works to be applied, the persons and places, the employment contract, the debts of the parties to the employment contract, the termination of the employment contract and the results of the expiration, the regulation of the work, the occupational health and worker safety are examined. It also covers the examination of internationally recognized labor law.

Course Content: 

Basic concepts of labor law, job contract, and types, job regulation, general principles of social security, social security of workers, social security of independent workers, social security of civil servants, provisions of unemployment insurance law are among the topics.

4. Basic concepts of labor law, worker, employer, employment contract. The relevant chapter in the course book will be read.
5. Examination of the workplace of the basic concepts of labor law, definition in this context, differences with the business, opening, notification The relevant chapter in the course book will be read.
6. Characteristics, types and transfer of employment contract. The relevant chapter in the course book will be read.
7. Ability to make a job contract, qualification limits specific to labor law, employment contract with employment contract. The relevant chapter in the course book will be read.
