Course Objectives: 

Provide information as to the topics which fall into the scope of international trade law; evaluations of all topics with doctrine and judgments in order to indicate the sources of legal problems and solutions for them in the framework of international treaties.

Course Content: 
Basic Concepts in International Trade Law, Historical Development, Basic Instruments, Concepts and Institutions of International Trade Law; International Organisations, Drafting of International Commercial Contracts,Exchange regulation Law, Export/Import Law, INCOTERMS.
