Metabolic reactions of microorganisms; microbial energy metabolism (I): glycolysis and TCA cycle, microbial energy metabolism (II): respiration, fermentation, regulation of microbail metabolism, nitrogen metabolism, reduction of organic compounds, synthesis of cellular products and constituents, metabolic engineering and evolutionary engineering.
