Course Description
RF circuit design techniques, semiconductor components, passive components. Nonlinearity, , noise and interference, receiver and transmitter architectures, low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) and mixers, power amplifiers (PAs). RF synthesizer design: VCOs and PLLs, RF synthesizer architectures and frequency dividers.
