Aslıhan Niksarlı, a PhD student at Yeditepe University, Anthropology department, will study as visiting researcher under the supervision of Dr Shinya Yamamoto for the project that is conducted by Kyoto University, Institute for Advanced Study, at Kumamoto Sanctuary, Kumamoto. The project, of which Niksarlı would be a part between 01.04.2020 - 08.05.2020 will involve the investigation of chimpanzee and bonobos' response to rhythmic and arhythmic sounds.
