Course Objectives: 

Graphic Animation course introduces the basic animation and motion graphic principles. This course aims to teach Adobe After Effects software in order to design animation for graphic design projects.

Course Content: 

Students learn to design graphics for animation, to create motion graphics with the images designed in Adobe Photoshop, to create Kinetic Typography, to combine Adobe Illustrator and After Effects for animated graphics, to add effects and to control timing. Learning the basics of animation helps them to create supportive design pieces for their entire projects.

9 ”Parenting” feature to coordinate elements in animation  
10 Commonly used effects in the field  
11 Final Project: Title design for a motion picture  
12 Final Project: Preparation of multi-scene storyboard  
13 Final Project: Processing of visual images, video and sound collection.
