Course Objectives: 

To put forth the basic mechanisms of energy markets in Turkey within the context of Public Law-Private Law and, in particular, to analyze the legal consequences of the conversion from “public services” to “regulated markets”.

Course Content: 

The regulations and jurisprudence on electricity, oil, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas markets which are under the responsibility of the Energy Markets Regulatory Board are reviewed.
