In today's conditions, education in the fields of Social Sciences, both at undergraduate and graduate levels, must be able to adapt to developments and take market needs into account. For this reason, in recent years, both the dynamics of the global economy and technological developments have revealed how important "Quality Management" is. However, in order to respond to the demand from the managers of the leading organisations of the sector, we believed that it deemed necessary to establish the "Quality Management Non-Thesis Master's Program" and opened the relevant program within Yeditepe University.

The core mission of Yeditepe master programs is to provide our students with the latest required managerial knowledge, tools and techniques; educate our students to acquire broad managerial skills and competencies to support their successful careers in the global business environment; help them become competitive and entrepreneurial managers and leaders with their strategic and systems thinking abilities; and help them acquire learning to learn skills and ethical and social responsibility values.
Candidates who graduate from a 4-year higher education institution are accepted to the program within the quota according to the success ranking made based on their undergraduate GPA and interview results.
