With the vision of being a universal pioneer and effective non-governmental organization in the field of environment, founded in 1999 by a group of environmental volunteers from different professions, the Environment Foundation aims to raise awareness for a sustainable environment suitable for the existence of all beings through social, cultural and scientific studies.
The Environmental Foundation Board of Directors has taken the decision to support scientific studies in the field of environment. In this context, it was decided to award the doctoral dissertations made in the field of environment first. The ENVIRONMENTAL FOUNDATION MOST SUCCESSFUL DOCTORAL THESIS AWARD IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENT was started in 2018. The selection criteria for the most successful doctoral thesis award were determined and announced on the foundation's website (www.cevrevakfi.org.tr). This year, it is decided to give the fourth of the MOST SUCCESSFUL DOCTORAL THESIS AWARD IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL FIELD and the deadline for application is determined as March 18, 2022.
Those who have doctoral (thesis) studies in the fields of Environment and Human Health, Natural Disasters and Environmental Effects, Water, Air, Soil Pollution and Control, Climate Change, Renewable Energy Resources, Clean Technologies, Green supply chain, Environment and Ethics, Environmental Philosophy, Environmental Sociology, Environmental Culture in History, Environment in Literary Texts, Environmental Law, Environmental Education, Social Environmental Awareness, Religion and Environment, Sufi Thought and Environment, Migration and Its Effects on Environment, Urbanism and Its Effects on Environment, Sustainable Development, etc. are expected to apply for this award.
Award-winning doctoral theses will be announced on the Foundation's website on June 5, World Environment Day. The following awards are planned to be given to the successful doctoral theses:
First place: 9.000 TL
Second place: 6,000 TL
Third place: 4,000 TL
