Course Objectives: 

This course aims to introduce students to the historical overview of the animation. Students learns the historical process of animation film pro- duction movements and have a knowledge about the effects of technological changes.

Course Content: 

This course provides an overview of the history of animation. Students examine the development of animation film with technology and the im- pact of economy, art movements, artists and cultures on the development of animation. Students gain the ability to analyse the development of ani- mation as a communication tool and the development of various tech- niques used for animated studies.
