Course Objectives: 

The Graduation Thesis course aims to evaluate the knowledge gained within the framework of the Human Resources program, select together with the advisors, and write an academic thesis on a topic to be approved by the Head of Department. In this course, it is aimed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary for the students to contribute to the theory by researching a new subject.

Course Content: 
Depending on the topic of the thesis, the students will carry their suggestions to the research process and submit a thesis document containing their findings to the approval of the academic jury.
Teaching Methods:
