Course Objectives: 

The aim of this course is to teach research methods of literary theories related to gender.

Course Content: 

The purpose of this course is to examine literary texts on the basis of literary theories. In this course, notions such as sexuality and gender will be discussed, and major distinctions among terms will be laid out. Literary theories, shaped on the basis of aforementioned notions, will be studied, and sample texts will be analyzed.
