Course Objectives: 

The aim of the course is to provide a solid understanding of the conceptual basis and the necessary analytical tools for understanding balance of payments, exchange rates and their determination and the impacts of globalization on macroeconomic policy.

Course Content: 

International Finance-Basic Concepts; The Foreign Exchange Market and Exchange Rates, Exchange Rate Determination; European Monetary System and International Monetary System; Macroeconomic Policies; Financial Globalization
