Course Objectives: 

This course aims to teach the basic concepts and theories about the behaviors of the employees in the organization, to enable them to understand the behaviors of the employees at the individual, group and organization level and to examine how the management of the employees affects the organizational success and productivity.

Course Content: 
Presentation of individual factors such as personality, attitude, perception and motivation, factors affecting employees in organizations such as leadership, teamwork and group dynamics, career, job roles, job enrichment, employee participation, balancing of work and private life, conflict, change, decision-making.
