Course Objectives: 

The objective of the course is to shed a strong light on the concept of human rights; in order to offer a clear understanding of the need for the protection of human rights.

Course Content: 

An analysis of the concepts right, freedom, individual and equality; and the determination of the values of these concepts within a legal sense. A discussion of the human rights within the framework of the philosophy of law.
