Hosted by Yeditepe University School of Applied Sciences, the "Economic Problems and Solutions" workshop organized by Prof.Dr.Veysel Ulusoy was held at Yeditepe University on 17 December 2019 with the participation of Turkey's Leading Economists, Academics and their guests.
A mixed team of students from Yeditepe University International Finance Undergraduate Program and Financial Economics Graduate Programs, under the supervision of Dr. Caner Özdurak, MAVI GIYIM Inc. participated in the CFA Society Istanbul 2019-20 Research Challenge Competition, whose Kick-Off meeting will be held on November 7, 2019, will participate in the evaluation.

6. International Symposium on Brain and Cognitive Science
The 6. International Symposium on Brain and Cognitive Science will be held on April 28, 2019, Sunday, at Yeditepe University, Istanbul. Also, for the first time this year we will be organizing the Symposium of Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Studies as a satellite event for ISBCS, a day prior to ISBCS. Speaker biographies, program, and abstracts of the talks will be updated on the symposium website as the program proceeds.

The Symposium of Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Studies will be held on April 27, 2019, Saturday, at Yeditepe University, Istanbul. SIAIS is the satellite event of International Symposium on Brain and Cognitive Science 2019 which will be held for the 6th time this year, a day after to SIAIS. Assistant Prof. Barry D. Stocker from the Department of Human and Society Sciences in İstanbul Technical University will give a speech on the connection of Philosophy and Literature. He will also share insights and information from his last book Philosophy of the Novel published in November 2018.
