In the concept of  Gastronomy and Sustainable Turkish Culinary Culture discipline, the student will prepare a thesis that will contribute to the literature and/or industry. The study will cover theoretical background, and hands-on academic research such as field study, oral history, or laboratory experiments. Students will prepare academic articles from the study.
